We have created two new beautiful treatment rooms, Body and Face, where we will be offering a full range of treatments using the latest technology and high-performance natural skin care products.In addition to our constantly evolving wellness space, we have installed a state-of-the-art Infared sauna and birch filled shower room. Reflexology + Based on the ancient theory of reflexology that areas/points on the feet correspond to different parts of our bodies including the spine, the nervous, digestive and reproductive system and our organs.
Face + Pause - A 30 minute pause in your day to relax into a head, neck and shoulder massage. Let us melt away tension and give you a well deserved pocket of calm
Body + Re-set - A 45 minute holistic massage on back, neck and shoulders for 30 minutes. The massage will finish with a 15 minute head and face massage, designed to balance your energy before heading off into the rest of your day.
This massage is perfect to release tension and stress in the upper body and to clear your mind.

Our state of the art cedar Infrared Sauna is a place to recharge and unwind with many health benefits.
The far infrared heat produced by our sauna penetrates naturally to help remove toxins, relieve muscle pain, increase metabolism, ease joint pain and stiffness, improve the appearance of cellulite and overall improve skin.

LED light therapy
